What can we do?

If your summer family break begins in Ashford, then we’ve got the destination of your first stop, Ashford Designer Outlet. Just a 5-minute walk from Ashford International Station and you and your family can be well on your way to exploring the stores (there’s over 100 by the way!) and dining at one of their delicious restaurants.

Where can we stay?

Planning on staying the night? Then nestle down at the Hampton by Hilton Ashford International, in the comfort of a family connecting room. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, free hot breakfast, EV Charging plus so much more. And it’s just a 5 minute drive from the Outlet or a 14 minute walk!

"Let's head to Canterbury"

Right, we’ve got just the thing up our sleeve for the family looking to head to the historical city of Canterbury, and we’re quite sure you’ll have a swinging time, because you’re heading to Howletts Wild Animal Park! Your little ones will have so much fun witnessing some incredible animals and exploring the Animals of the Ice Age or taking part in an unforgettable animal experience.

Looking for a place to rest after a busy day exploring? Then check out the Shepherd Neame owned hotel and pub, Miller’s Arm, located in the heart of the city, situated by the beautiful river-side with stunning views overlooking Canterbury Cathedral, another must visit, with fascinating facts and trails to be discovered. What can we do?

So, you’ve arrived in Maidstone and it’s time to begin your family break, what do you think about a visit to the stunning Leeds Castle? It’s a no-brainer if you ask us! Especially as they offer amazing Family Adventures, from thrilling playgrounds for all ages and adventure golf, to exploring the maze and meeting the majestic birds of prey.

What can we do?

Woohoo, you’ve touched down in Medway! There’s so much to see and do here, from the magnificent Rochester Cathedral to a visit to Historic Dockyard Chatham, which has lots for the whole family to enjoy, including The Ropery, Command of the Oceans, and, in celebration of the anniversary of the RNLI, the UK's largest collection of life boats. 

Don’t forget to discover the exciting festivals and unique experiences whilst you’re there like Rochester Sweeps Festival, Armed Forces Day and Medway Gaming Festival.

Where can we stay?

*Yawn* Are the family feeling tired after a busy day in Medway? Enter Bridgewood Manor. We couldn’t miss out the host load of events that are going on in the beautiful coastal towns of Thanet this year! Starting with a trip to Margate for some family-fun at Dreamland, where you and your family can soak up the seaside views (from the Big Wheel if you like!) and enjoy the rides, roller disco and arcades.
