Maidstone Film Society starts its 76th season of film screenings on the 8th September with ‘A Crime is Mine’ a breezy comedy-drama set in 1930s Paris.
The programme this year includes ‘Conclave’ staring Ralph Fiennes, ‘Didi’ from the USA and ‘The Last Dance’, a life-affirming drama set in Hong Kong.
We are one of the longest running film societies in the UK. We screen 12 films a year, aiming to show a diverse range of films from the UK and around the world.

Screenings are on Monday evenings at the Hazlitt theatre in Maidstone. Films start at 7.30pm, the bar is open from 7pm. Membership for the year costs £52 (£48 concessions) An absolute bargain at less than £4.50 per film. Temporary membership for one film only costing £7 are available on the night immediately before the film screening.
