Starting from the historic Chatham Dockyard, you’ll journey along the North Down’s Way, enjoying the scenic views of the Garden of England.
The route offers breath-taking Kent sights and takes you through some spectacular landmarks. The 25km trek concludes at Whitehorse Country Park, and the 50km trek ends at the magnificent Eastwell Manor, catering to all skill levels.
On the day, you’ll receive support with regular marshal points, water stations, snacks, and first aid facilities. This trek co-insides with Mental Health Awareness Week, where the theme this year is movement.
In England, one in four individuals experiences a mental health issue annually, with rising demand for our services due to increased NHS pressures and waiting times. By supporting our fundraising efforts, you are assisting those in greatest need, whether it's a child seeking confidence coaching at school, someone in need of supported living, or a vulnerable individual looking for peer support and social engagement through our wellbeing groups.
Mental health issues can impact anyone, and we strive to ensure that nobody feels isolated or alone. Come and be a part of this remarkable challenge and help us to support those who need it most, thank you.
