Hospice in the Weald - Open Gardens Season 2025

1st May - 13th September 2025

Explore some of the best-kept secret gardens in West Kent and East Sussex, which are opening their gates this spring and summer to raise funds for Hospice in the Weald. During the season over thirty gardens across the community are available for you to visit. Take in the sights, sounds, and scents of some of the finest private gardens in the area. Enjoy refreshments in the spring and summer weather and pick up a few gardening tips along the way. A new annual pass is being introduced this year offering a way to enjoy many more gardens at great value. For just £75.00, you can gain entry to seventeen of the beautiful gardens in this season’s collection.  The first garden is open on the 1st of May, with the season going through until the 13th of September. All funds raised through these events help Hospice in the Weald to support adults and children with life-threatening or life-limiting illness when they need it most. As ever, we give our heartfelt Thanks to all the garden owners, volunteers, and visitors who make the open season possible. On the 1st May Coolings, in Knockholt opens – but remember there are many more to visit throughout the season, including "Royal Tunbridge Tunbridge Wells in Bloom" on the 8th June, when twelve gardens will be open. The events section of our website provides full details of all of the gardens, their location, dates, and open times.
