Deal Music and Arts Festival

3rd July - 13th July 2025
Each year Deal Music and Arts Festival combines summer, the seaside and wonderful music, as well as many other art forms, in venues across the beautiful and historic surroundings of Deal, Sandwich and Dover, with over 50 events. This year’s programme brings together world-class performances spanning classical, jazz, folk, opera, and contemporary music, alongside theatre, film, literature, visual arts, and family and community events. Returning favourites like Wild Arts and Chaps Choir join exciting new partnerships with jazz from Tomorrow’s Warriors, the Fantasia Orchestra and festival president Lucy Crowe. A performance by folk legends Spiers & Boden will raise the roof of St George's Church and events for children and families include a dance workshop based on Julia Donaldson's book The Smeds and the Smoos, an extraordinary circus duo performing Human Croquet and storytelling with Marion Leeper. The 2025 theme, Coastlines, celebrates the connection between music, place, and community between Dover and Deal, with a celebratory performance in Dover's magnificent newly refurbished Maison Dieu.

Tickets and Pricing

Tickets vary from event to event. Under 25s half price for all events, some free events.
