Renowned forager UK Lucia Stuart, has set off on a mission to take foraging enthusiasts on a journey to discovering the foraging ways which lead to happiness and an improved food system.
Their Coastal Foraging by Bike with Beach Cook Up experience will have you peddling to collect molluscs & edible flowers, leaves & seeds where you'll find out all about how to forage on the beach throughout the year, receive preservation tips and wild food to take home, followed by a delicious gourmet beach feast of food from wild mussels to fennel flower meringues.
