The next Power of Women Festival will run between 3rd - 12th March 2023, with the Fringe Festival taking place between 1st - 31st March 2023.
Power of Women Festival and Fringe
Power of Women Festival and Fringe is an annual celebration of women and girls in Thanet. The festival features art exhibitions, performances, talks and live music in the days around International Women’s Day in March. Events take place throughout Thanet, including in the main towns of Broadstairs, Margate and Ramsgate on the beautiful Kent coast.
Come along to see art and performances by local, national and international artists, take part in inspiring workshops, and discuss feminist issues. Alongside the main festival, the fringe festival features events programmed by local people and organisations. There is something for everyone, including free events and art in public spaces. All ages, all genders and the whole family are welcome! Some events require pre-booking, while others are drop-in.
