Join experienced hiking guide, John Bradshaw, on walks through areas of outstanding natural beauty in Kent, Surrey and Sussex.

Available for both individuals and groups, and corporate and charity events.  With stunning scenery guaranteed, you’ll hear about the famous people that lived here, and explore the history, wildlife, and landscape. All the hikes are accessible by personal and public transport.

Luddesdown and Cobham

  • Available: March – December / Rating: moderate to strenuous due to some steep sections / Distance: 10 miles / 16 km / Duration: 5-6 hours

This hike is a circular route from Sole Street through the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty taking in vineyards, the hamlet of Luddesdown, isolated woodland, sections of the Wealdway and the North Downs Way, and Cobham Mausoleum.  We hear local stories including about Charles Dickens, and explore the chalk landscape.

Refreshments and toilets are available partway during the walk.
