Mental Elf is a 5km Festive Fun Run on Sunday 30 November in Canterbury, Kent.
The event's route runs along the River Stour and takes in Todler's Cove and the riverside area of Hambrook Marshes.
It is a peaceful and attractive area and wonderfully flat with seating dotted along its route - this makes it perfect for less experienced runners. All profits from ticket sales will go directly to East Kent Mind and Revival, enabling us to support more local people with their mental health and wellbeing. This year every participant will receive a free family pass to the National Trust. What’s included in the ticket price?
