Kingsdown is a beautiful former fishing village with three authentic Kentish pubs, a village shop and deli and is within walking distance of Deal which provides a wide range of independent shops, bars and restaurants. Brightstone sleeps 6 on super comfortable “Emma” brand beds and mattresses. It has a luxury kitchen with Bosch appliances and a luxury bathroom with a Mira digital shower. Free WiFi, Netflix, an extensive DVD library, board games and outdoor sports equipment. Brightstone is a great base from which to explore East Kent.

Flamingo House is a fabulous holiday home, close to the beach and local attractions. It is beautifully decorated in a contemporary yet comfortable style. Sleeping eight guests, there is plenty of space for everyone. There is a large living area, and a large sociable open plan kitchen/dining room with doors leading out onto the garden. Upstairs are the four bedrooms and two bathrooms. This family friendly holiday home really does cater for children, with toys and books, children’s crockery and cutlery and a travel cot and highchair. And your four-legged friend is also welcome to join the family holiday. Whitstable is very dog-friendly with large stretches of the beach accessible all year round, and many cafes and pubs welcome dogs. Whitstable is a vibrant and buzzing seaside town, full of history and charm with a working harbour and fish market. It has a thriving art scene with lots of galleries showing the work of local artists, a great live music scene in the local pubs and some great cafes and restaurants serving contemporary dishes including of course oysters which made Whitstable famous. Please note that the house next door to Flamingo House is currently having an extension built to the rear of the property, which may be noisy at times.
