Located in the charming conservation area of Deal, Cordyline Cottage is the creation of a professional London couple, one a chef restaurateur and one a landscape designer, and so it is full of fabulous creative touches, great colours, a contemporary free-standing kitchen and a small but perfectly formed courtyard garden packed with exotic plants. The entire ground floor is an open space, perfect for families and friends to socialise. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a shower room. The cottage is a few yards from both the buzzing high street with its delis, boutique shops and cafes, and also a few yards from the main promenade and long pebble beach.
