Coast Restaurant offers fine dining in an elegant and relaxed setting. Guests can enjoy modern British cuisine, using locally sourced ingredients that reflect the seasons: our fresh fish is landed daily from the beach by Griggs, meat from Huntleys of Tenterden, our eggs are from free-range hens at Coastal Farm Eggs of Canterbury, and our jams and preserves are made locally at Wooden Spoon Preserves in Wye. Dishes are never over-elaborate and always allow the quality of the ingredients to shine through.
