Take a moment to enjoy the beauty of nature with a structured walk designed to support physical health, mental wellbeing and social connection. Heather provides a safe, welcoming environment for adults, walks will be gentle with time for reflection and conversations.

Saturday 13th June - 10am to 12noon - Camer Country Park. Please meet outside the Café.
