Join Happy Kids Yoga Canterbury for a magical Story Yoga session where stories come to life through movement, imagination, and play.
Designed for children aged 3 to 7, this class combines storytelling and yoga to take children on a fun-filled yoga adventure. Through playful poses, mindfulness, and breathing exercises, children develop balance and coordination while cultivating calm and resilience. Yoga mats provided. Children must be accompanied by an adult, tea and coffee and a book stall will be available for accompanying adults if they don't want to join in with yoga! Tickets for this event are charged at £4 per child and on a pay as you feel basis for adults, but please note that each person attending will need a ticket in order to ensure capacity.
All money from ticket sales supports the running, continuation and expansion of Canterbury Children's Literature Festival and our year round outreach work within the local community.
