Easter Holiday Accessible Walk at Gravesend

8th April 2026

Join Bird Wise North Kent to celebrate the change of seasons this Easter Holidays for a gentle walk around the coastline with time to stop and observe the birds we spot along the way. These walks are suitable for beginners and experienced birders alike. Well behaved dogs are welcome, but they must be kept on a lead to avoid disturbance.

Meeting place – Outside the Promenade Cafe at Gordon Promenade, Gravesend
Time – 10:30am
Parking – There are car parks close to the meeting point
Facilities – There are toilet facilities and a cafe at the meeting point
Type of walk – This is one of our accessible walks which is on hard surfaces with plenty of benches for a sit down if needed. We will set up the telescopes to view birds on the Thames Estuary before walking around the pond area.

It is free to attend our walks, but spaces are limited so please book your spot to avoid disappointment via our Eventbrite page.
Final confirmation and instructions will be emailed 24 hours before the walk.
