A fun draw-along and story session
Join Garry Parsons, illustrator of many children's books including the best selling Dinosaur That Pooped series, for a fun draw-along and story session, featuring Llamas, flamingoes, dinosaurs and POOP! (\Disclaimer warning: This session will be smelly and stinky and gross!)
Recommended age 3+, but suitable for everyone. Tickets for this event are charged on a pay-as-you-feel basis, starting at £4 per child and on a completely pay-as-you-feel basis for adults, but please note that each person attending will need a ticket. All money from ticket sales supports the running, continuation and expansion of Canterbury Children's Literature Festival and our year round outreach work within the local community.
About the Author: Garry Parsons is an award-winning children’s book illustrator. His beautifully crafted images have accompanied the words of many well-known UK authors, including Kes Gray, Ian Whybrow, Jeanne Willis, Peter Bently and Tom Fletcher & Dougie Poynter for their best-selling picture book series, The Dinosaur that Pooped.
Garry also illustrated the popular fiction series The Dragonsitter by Josh Lacey and the space adventure series George’s Secret Key to the Universe by Lucy & Stephen Hawking. His books have been translated into many languages and his illustrations are enjoyed by children around the world.
