Animal Encounters - Half Term at Shorne Woods Country Park

Join us at the Visitor Centre for a hands-on Animal educational experience.

The session offers the opportunity for you to meet and handle reptiles and rodents including Lizards, Tortoise and Cornsnakes, led by animal enthusiast River Lismer. Groups will be able to handle the animals whilst learning about their origins and habitats.

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Maximum of 2 adults per family group. Recommended for children aged 4 and above.

Head to the visitor centre on arrival to be booked in. Usual car parking charges apply.
