The Pumproom at Copper Rivet Distillery is offering a contemporary take on classic dishes influenced by spices and flavours from around the world.
The team at the Pumproom use seasonal ingredients to maximum effect and, in keeping with the ethos of the distillery, takes a keen interest in provenance and minimising waste. Hints of inspiration will filter through from the distillery next door, being one of the UK’s leading and most innovative craft producers of farm to glass spirits.
Outstanding food creations are complemented by expertly curated wines from around the world and signature cocktails featuring the best spirits the world has to offer. Set in an industrial revolution era pumphouse, The Pumproom restaurant offers a relaxed environment to enjoy a unique eating and drinking experience.
Guests can relax in cocktail bar and lounge where some of the best cocktails can be enjoyed. The bar team work closely with Head Distiller, creating signature cocktails using unique spirits only available to us, that will tempt and satisfy any pallet.
The menus are constantly updated, but please note that some dishes are subject to last minute changes, due to seasonal and supplier availability.

Signature cocktails feature the best spirits the world has to offer, including our own three gins, our vodka, our English Grain Spirit and our newly released Masthouse Single Malt Whisky, Column Malt Whiskey and Grain Whisky – often with a Kentish twist.
We have a range of local beers, ales and ciders on tap and by bottle.
