Welcome to the Avenue Theatre!

The theatre offers a wide range of events and services from full-scale musicals, to the most heart-warming tales and fun children’s productions or perhaps you prefer an evening of live music or a movie - we have it all! We have 88 seats in our auditorium and our licensed bar is open for film screenings and live performances.

The Auditorium, West End Room (with bar open or closed) and the Broadway Room are all available to hire for meetings, groups, counselling, tutoring and much more, you can also hire us for private cinema screenings - great for birthday celebrations for young and old - all at very reasonable rates. For a list of all our events and to book your tickets please click here, alternatively the box office at The Avenue Theatre is open for in person and telephone bookings between 9.30am-1.30pm on Mondays and Thursdays and 9.30am-12pm on Fridays.
