Developed by Turner Works, The Coachworks is a co-working space, a food & drink destination and an outdoor event space. Opened in August 2019, the Yard at the Coachworks includes an outdoor bar and food stalls, alongside an event space for watching live sports or film screening - and they're dog-friendly too so the whole family can enjoy this new, dynamic space.

You can enjoy a refreshing pint from Boutelliers whilst eating a delicious pizza from Il Pakkero, mouth-watering American BBQ from Streetking Smoke Shack or mexican inspired dishes from California Cravings. The Coffee Shed also serve fresh brews and light bites.

The Old Corn Store, at the Coachworks opened at the beginning of October 2019. It includes a co-working area, with desks available to rent. It also includes individual studio spaces (different studio sizes available). This workspace is perfect for freelance creatives looking to work in a collaborative environment. After opening in December 2019, the Hothouse is located in the old Ashford Youth Theatre at the Coachworks. This is an event space where people can come and enjoy a great day or night out, including food markets and community events.
