Arrive into the cosy sitting room with an ‘L’ shaped sofa, working fireplace, coffee table, flat screen TV with BT YouView with catch up TV, iPlayer and some BT Sport, Wfi internet access, a selection of CD's, DVD's, board games for you to enjoy and with a plentiful supply of books for you read.
To the left of the sitting room is a ground floor double bedroom. Victorian style metal double bed, side tables, side lights, wicker chair, mirror, hair dryer and built-in wardrobe.

The kitchen has an Esse oven with 2 hob burners and 2 ovens to cook on, washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Butlers sink, wood burner, microwave and those all-important cook books! Kitchen table is stored to the side of the kitchen and is pulled out with flaps to sit 6 guests around with chairs.
Snug room off the kitchen with a kitchen bar and 2 bar stools, great place to eat breakfast. Wicker sofa and French doors lead out to the decked area.
Downstairs bathroom with bath, overhead shower, mirror, WC and basin.
Back door leads to the decked area and stairs that lead down to the grassed garden.

Third bedroom on the first floor with small metal Victorian double bed, bedside table and lights, chest of drawers, hair dryer, built-in cupboard and Ottoman at the end of the bed and Velux windows and blinds. This bedroom has a curtain that is pulled across on the stairs to give you extra privacy.
French doors lead off from the snug and the back door to the decked area with a café styled table and 2 director chairs which is an ideal place to start and finish your stay; stairs down to paved patio perfect for al fresco dining with garden furniture, table, parasol and plenty of fold up garden chairs for guests and the grassed garden leads to a second decked area that seats 2 during your stay.

Strictly no smoking in this property. This property is happy to accept two dogs on request. There is a £20 fee per dog per stay which must be pre-booked. Please remember that dogs are not allowed to be left unattended in the property at any time and they must remain downstairs and are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Please also ensure that the garden is left 'clean' on your departure.
Prices include bed linen, towels, all utilities, pre-arrival and departure cleaning and a welcome pack.
The changeover day for weekly bookings is a Saturday to Saturday in the high season. Other start days may be possible on request in the low and mid-season. Short breaks may commence on any day. There is a £24 booking fee per holiday and a £250 security deposit is required prior to arrival which can be pre-authorised on a credit/debit card.
