Guests can enjoy modern British cuisine, using locally sourced ingredients that reflect the seasons: Our fresh fish is supplied by Chapman’s, while our fruit and vegetables are sourced from local suppliers Q Catering and Foodari, both of whom provide exceptional seasonal produce with strong local provenance whenever possible.
