Fortunately for us, local means the beautiful Kent countryside, creek and coastline, which provides the best produce in line with the changing seasons. Samphire gathered from a shipwreck, the tenderest salt marsh lamb, fruit and vegetables from the surrounding farms and orchards, Whitstable oysters and the freshest fish purchased straight from the boat. Whatever the season, we'll bring the garden of England to your plate.
