About Plaisance

Plaisance, 60 Mount Ephraim, is situated in the centre of Royal Tunbridge Wells. It is within easy walking distance of many local attractions; the town centre and the mainline railway station with it's direct links to London and the South coast. Plaisance is a grade II listed building, which was converted into six high standard self-contained apartments in 1972. It is situated on the highest point of Mount Ephraim and commands an excellent view over the town and common. One or two bedroomed apartments are available and all are equipped and maintained to a high standard.
