Our fabulous Rooms with a View! The West Wing at Mount Ephraim has five luxurious ensuite rooms, each individually decorated and with lovely views over the estate and surrounding countryside. Sleeping up to 10 guests, they are mostly only bookable as an exclusive group stay, but are available to book individually on selected weekends. Available April-September on a room-only basis. October-March you will have access to the Tea Room kitchen and dining room for a self-catering stay. Stay with us and enjoy our ten acres of gardens throughout your stay. Mount Ephraim is a peaceful family home set in the charming village of Hernhill with two village pubs nearby and ideally located near the seaside town of Whitstable and cathedral City of Canterbury. The old West Wing staff quarters have been converted into five luxurious guest rooms named after their former inhabitants. Each room has been individually decorated and furnished and all feature ensuite bathrooms, flat screen TVs and tea and coffee making facilities. Self-catering stays in the Garden Wing for up to 12 guests, and Glamping Pods are also available. For over 300 years the Dawes family have lovingly cared for the house and gardens and today they present one of the breathtaking spots in the south-east of England. 10 acres of classical gardens which are open to the public lie within an 800-acre farm with stunning views of the surrounding countryside.
