The open plan living space is quite charming being attractively decorated in a pretty country style. The cottage is situated almost next door to the rolling parkland of Benenden Girls School and boasts many lovely places to visit in Kent's Garden of England and beyond. It is well-furnished with restful tones of cream with lovely contrasting terracotta, green and blue which complements the attractive shades of the natural wood. The kitchen is to one end of the open plan sitting/dining room and is well-equipped for those who to wish to cook. The attractive and good sized double bedroom has been prettily furnished in cream with a white and pink 'tromp de oeil' style fabric. Outside there is a private seating area with a bench, table and a pretty parasol which faces south to maximise the sunny aspect, along with two sunloungers.
