Open Thursday - Sunday 12pm - 9pm. Next level fish & chips at beach takeaway (and 'naughty little brother' to award-winning restaurant Buoy & Oyster!). Having had the opportunity to meet some industry experts over the last couple of years they have such a respect for the industry and with Buoy and Oyster owner Simon at the helm of the business, they cannot wait to get frying. Customers are welcome to dine in (both inside and outside seating available) and walk in to order a takeaway. A 'Click & Collect service' and home delivery are available. Vegan fish & chips (fried banana blossoms); Gluten free fish & chips (separate fryers); Alcohol free batter (select gluten free). Perfect pit stop with your furbabies Perfect pit stop for your coastal ride. All of the fish & seafood is sourced from Jason & team at Fruits De Mer Broadstairs. The potatoes are grown at the Laslett family farm in Ash. Proper Buoy Bangers handmade just for them by their trusted butcher Carl at Worgans Farm shop, Canterbury. They fry with 100% British rapeseed oil. Loaded doughnuts baked fresh every morning by Megan, Halo based in Canterbury. Buttered baps from local legend Mr Crusty himself.
