Welcome to 10 to 12 Folkestone, since taking ownership in January 2014, we have totally transformed the building giving it a new lease of life. We offer a complimentary welcome drink to our guests along with a free parking permit. 10 to 12 has the convenience of a town centre location while having the benefit of being a very short walk to The Leas, Lower Leas Coastal Park as well as a stunning beach. We have four king rooms with feature fireplaces, pieces of restored period furniture and high ceilings. We also have two family suites which consist of two rooms with interconnecting doors giving us the flexibility to accommodate couples, families and single guests in comfort.
