Relaxing Sound Therapy at Badgells Wood

Allow Diane of Harmony in Sound to guide you as you bathe in relaxing sounds and frequencies to balance your mind, body & soul. Sound therapy (also know as sound baths) help to facilitate shifts in our brainwave state by providing a stable frequency which the brainwave can attune to, enabling pure relaxation. Using rhythm and frequency, we can balance our brainwaves, making it possible to lower our normal beta state to alpha (calmness). The ultimate aim is for your physical and external body to vibrate back into balance naturally, leaving the body perfectly balanced as nature intended. (Suitable for all abilities; please bring a yoga mat, blanket & water bottle)
