Capture Kent

Join Andrew, a local historian, and Ben, a professional photographer, on a stunning walk through four of the most beautiful and historic places in Kent. Your day will include a photography masterclass, a local history guide, a cream tea (or lunch) and refreshments, and a chance to find out more about the wonderful and largely undiscovered parts of Kent.

You can choose from one of four walks (or try then all!) including:

• The iconic White Cliffs of Dover
• The shifting sands and art of Margate
• The historic winding lanes of Medieval Canterbury
• The Victorian architecture and murky Dickensian history of Chatham Maritime.

The walk will last a couple of hours, with a further hour set aside for lunch and conversation. You'll leave with lasting memories (and a photo or two taken by Ben!) of these quintessentially Kent places.

Additional Information

• With the exception of Dover, all the walks start and end at a train station and are accessible to any reasonably fit person.
• Dover is accessed by using the National Trust car park, and comfy walking boots are advised for this one.
• Bring water, an umbrella, and an inquisitive mind!
