Normal? Festival of the Brain at Folkestone Quarterhouse

Normal? Festival of the Brain brings science and art together over four days to wonder at the brain. In 2017 we explored neuroplasticity and asked what happens when we change our habits and behaviours - either through circumstance or conscious decision? We welcomed artist-in-residence, Byron Vincent, neurologist-in-residence, Tim Rittman, therapist-in-residence, Johannes Klabbers and a raft of artists, scientists and well-being practitioners to celebrate the brain in all its neuro-diverse glory. Normal? Festival of the Brain is co-curated by Living Words, Folkestone Quarterhouse and Folkestone Fringe with input from the local community. Normal? Festival of the Brain will return in 2018 from 10 - 13 May. Information on the theme and programme will be announced soon.
