Making Strides for MS at Mote Park

Join us for a Sponsored Charity 3k or 5k Walk followed by a Community Picnic in beautiful Mote Park, Maidstone and raise vital funds for the Kent MS Therapy Centre.
Our meeting point is at the entrance of Mote Park. What does it cost?
There will be a charge of £10 to adult participants (age 16 plus) to take part in either the 5k or 3k Sponsored Charity Walk and children aged 5 – 15 will be charged £5. Children under 5 are free.

How long is the route? There is a 5k route and an alternative 3k route available.
5k route: 4k of this route is completely accessible to all and is on pathways. 1k is across grass so is not suitable for wheelchairs or scooters.
3k route: this is completely suitable for everyone, including those in wheelchairs and scooters as the route is on pathways. Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome on both routes.

Join the picnic Participants are invited to bring their own picnics and enjoy these following their walk in Mote Park.
There are also plenty of play facilities in the park for children to take advantage of.
Is there parking nearby?
Parking is available on site for cars in Mote Park and is priced £2 for 6 hours after 10am.
Disabled parking is available and free to blue badge holders.
