Stand Up Paddleboarding lessons

Always wanted to have a go at stand up paddleboarding? Now's your chance with Helen on the River Medway! Paddleboarding or SUP as it's known, is a great way to improve your fitness and balance whilst having some fun on the water. Increase your mindfullness and relax with a gentle paddle, enjoy the sights and sounds of the river with other like minded people. A great way to relax and unwind from all the everyday stresses. The great thing about SUP is that anyone can do it, no matter what size or shape or fitness level you are!
Evening lessons - Monday to Friday March to November 6-8pm
Daytime lessons - Saturday and Sunday March to November 9-6pm

2 hour Group standup paddle boarding lesson £45 per person
