KM Charity Colour Run

Chase the rainbow this summer by registering your place for the KM Colour Run and joining hundreds of fun-loving runners of all ages.

Friends, families, businesses, charities, and even dogs are welcome at the 5K challenge with a technicolour twist on Sunday, June 9 at Betteshanger Park.

The event is not a race; the emphasis is on getting active and having fun and so runners will not be timed. Participants can choose to walk, jog, or run the course and they will be showered with vibrant coloured powder at colour stations along the route.

Runners can raise money for any good cause, volunteer group, or charity of their choice. Nominated causes will receive 70% of sponsorship with the remainder going to the child literacy and road safety work of the KM Charity Team, which is organising the event.

Individuals raising £200 or more will go into a draw to win a pair of Eurostar tickets.

Participants will receive t-shirts, sunglasses, and a small bag of coloured powder at check-in, and medals will be given out at the finish line.

Tickets are £20 for adults and £12 for under-16s while children under four years old go free.

Under-16s are not expected to fundraise but can do so if they wish, although they must be accompanied by an adult.

Adults can use the code EK19 for a £5 discount when booking online.
