Kendal Mountain Festival Tour - Canterbury

Join us for the Kendal Mountain Festival Film Tour - a one-of-a-kind evening celebrating exploration of some of the wildest places on earth.

Watch 90 minutes of the world’s BEST adventure films on the big screen - visual stories of talent, endurance and excitement to take your breath away! Ride icy waves in sub zero winter, chase tornados, run in the foothills of the Atlas Mountains and mountain bike into the wildest reaches of your imagination.

Plus hear from former British Royal Marine and wildlife conservationist James Glancy who last year took part in ‘the most dangerous experiment ever attempted on the Discovery channels - Shark Week’, spending a staggering 43 hours floating in the Atlantic Ocean with deadly whitetip sharks circling.

His aim - to prove that sharks are graceful and cautious creatures which deserve protection from fishing. The evening will be presented by Festival Director Steve Scott and we will have giveaways from our tour sponsors.
