The Centre is under-going a £90 million expansion, adding 100,000 sq ft to the Centre with up to 50 additional premium and luxury brands, and a brand new food piazza. The Phase 2 expansion design will feature Europe’s largest living wall structure. They’ll be over 500 additional parking spaces created, a brand new events space and a redesigned children’s play area. A complimentary shuttle bus to the town centre and the international train station will also run at peak times. The Centre expansion is scheduled for opening in Autumn 2019, establishing Ashford Designer Outlet as the South East's premier shopping destination. The existing brands are all open as normal whilst work takes please.
