The fabulous conservatory dining room offers you and your family the best seat in the house to admire the surrounding views, while the play den downstairs will become a haven for your children. 

During glorious summer months you can enjoy a glass of wine or a BBQ on the sun-trap elevated terrace and in winter there are beautiful open-fires in both the cosy snug and the open plan sitting room - the ideal spot for a glass of your favourite wine and delving into a good book. Pure heaven!  

The owners have taken great care in creating a special home that is immaculately presented, blending contemporary farmhouse living with a mix of reclaimed floor boards, flagstone tiles, exposed brick walls and period fireplaces.

If you can be pulled away from your family friendly retreat, the nearby villages of Barham and Elham Valley are a short drive away, home to a host of pubs and eateries and not forgetting the Cathedral City of Canterbury still within a 20 minute drive away.
