Come and enjoy the unique Broadstairs Folk Week. Find the best of folk, blues, roots and world music in the main concert marquee. Dance your socks off at the hi-energy late nights, family ceilidhs or special Social Dances. Try out new experiences at the workshops – everything form harmony singing to belly dancing. Children’s events take place every day and there is also a craft fair. Not forgetting the free entertainment – live music in pubs, torchlight procession, free shows at the bandstand – and Morris dancing all over Broadstairs!!

25 – 26 August, Quex Park, Birchington - Gates open 10am.
Enjoy a music-packed bank holiday this summer at the Quex Fest. Headlining on Saturday is X-Factor's Ben Mills, joined by other great acts such as Pheonix, Sneakin' Sally, Fat River Band and Jive Aces. Sunday welcomes Hullabaloo, Loose Change, Toot 'n' Skamen and Keytones amongst many others.

8 September, Smallhythe Place, Midday – Midnight.
This brand new event promises to be big! A full line up of musical acts will take to the stage, including some local bands plus the highly acclaimed Liane Carroll, voted Best Vocalist at Marstons Pedigree British Jazz Awards. In addition there will be a variety of real ales to try, including a beer brewed with National Trust hops, plus a BBQ using local produce - all in the beautiful surroundings of the Smallhythe Place gardens and Barn Theatre.
