Terms and Conditions

• The competition closes on 1st December 2009
• Only one entry per household; entrants must be residents of the UK and be aged 18 or over.
• The prize consists of bed and breakfast only for two people on 2 consecutive nights (with 2 people sharing a twin/double room), at Marriott Tudor Park Hotel & Country Club, near Maidstone, entrance tickets to a variety of Kent attractions, plus two rounds of golf for 2 people on the Marriott Tudor Park golf course.
• The prize must be taken by 10th December 2010, subject to availability.
• An independent person will draw the winner at random on 2nd December 2009.
• The winner will be notified by letter by 18th December 2009, and the name of the winner will be made available on request to Visit Kent by post after that time. Details on how to claim the prize and full prize terms and conditions will be given in the letter of notification.
• The terms of the prize are not negotiable and cannot be exchanged for cash in whole or in part.
• Employees of Visit Kent and Marriott Tudor Park, and members of their immediate families, are not eligible to participate.
