Your Big Day Out in Pictures 2009

Don't forget to take your camera on the Big Day Out and send us your images. This year we are running a competition on the theme of People and Places. We will be awarding two prizes:

• One for the photo that best captures you, your friends and family enjoying yourselves on the Big Day Out.
• One for the most inspiring picture of the venue itself.
  

Email your pictures of the Big Day Out 2009 to bigdayout@visitkent.co.uk, with a brief description, and we'll upload a selection of images onto the Visit Kent website.

Terms and conditions

1. By submitting your contribution (Kent Big Day Out images and comments) to Visit Kent, you agree to grant us permission to use the material, free of charge, in any way we want (including modifying it for editorial and operational reasons). Visit Kent may also share your contributions with trusted third parties.
2. The copyright of the images will remain with you, and is non-exclusive.
3. In order that Visit Kent can use your contribution, you confirm that your contribution is your own original work, is not defamatory and does not infringe any UK laws, that you have the right to give Visit Kent permission to use it for the purposes specified above, and that you have the consent of anyone who is identifiable in your contribution or the consent of their parent/guardian if they are under 16.
4. We normally show your name with your contribution, unless you request otherwise, but for operational reasons this is not always possible. We may need to contact you for administrative or verification purposes in relation to your contribution.
5. We are unable to upload all images and comments which are submitted.
6. We will select the winning picture on 24th April, and notify the winner by email by 8th May.
7. The winning entrant for each category will receive National Trust Membership for Two.
