PM: Brogdale Farm (40 minutes from Dover Cruise Terminal)
Brogdale is home to the National Fruit Collections, the largest collection of fruit varieties on one site, anywhere in the world. Come in fruit time - cherries in June, plums in August, apples and pears - August to October.

PM: Bedgebury National Pinetum and Forest (75 minutes from Dover Cruise terminal, 30 minutes from Tenterden, Chapel Down)
One of the leading outdoor sites in the Southeast of England.With nearly 10,000 trees and shrubs, the Pinetum is the most complete collection of temperate conifers in the world.The Pinetum has a visitor centre, a cafeteria, bike hire and an outdoor activity centre.

Blean Woods (30 minutes from Dover Cruise Terminal)
One of the largest areas of ancient broadleaved woodland in southern Britain, they embrace 11 square miles, a national nature reserve and site of Special Scientific Interest, also a haven for birds, butterflies and plant life.

Skirt the coast down to Romney Marsh and discover 100 square miles of hauntingly attractive marshes and dykes; it's a haven for wildlife and perfect for cycling and walking. (40 minutes from Dover cruise terminal).

Go North from Dover to Sandwich and Pegwell Bay Nature Reserve unfolds through an amazing complete series of seashore habitats. (40 minutes from Dover Cruise terminal).
