Win a fantastic break to the Kent coast

    

Need to recharge your batteries? In no more than a hop, skip and a relaxing train ride this summer, you can be at the coast, getting a taste of Kent's unique brand of culture, or getting a feel for Kent's history in a castle or beautiful oast. Sounds good? We're giving one lucky person the chance to win a fantastic break for 2 to Kent by rail.
 

The prize includes:

• 2 night stay at the Royal Albion Hotel, Broadstairs for 2 people, including dinner on one evening.
• Dinner for 2 at Tartar Frigate, Broadstairs
• 90 minute Seal Encounter with Horizon Sea Safaris, travelling by high-speed powerboat from Ramsgate Harbour to the seal colony at the Goodwin Sands
• Entry into some of Kent's fabulous attractions such as Dover Castle, The Historic Dockyard Chatham and Rochester Castle
• A complimentary travel pass allowing unlimited travel on the Southeastern network for three consecutive days

 

Terms and Conditions

1. The prize consists of a 2-night stay at the Royal Albion Hotel, Broadstairs, for 2 people, including breakfast, dinner on one evening, dinner for 2 at the Tartar Frigate, Broadstairs, up to a maximum value of £100, a 90 minute seal encounter with Horizon Sea Safaris, an entry pass for 2 people into some of Kent's main attractions, plus a Kent Rover ticket for unlimited travel on the Southeastern network for three consecutive days.
2. The overnight stay, meal and seal encounter are subject to availability. The seal encounter is also weather dependent. Attractions pass cannot be used on Bank Holidays.
3. The competition closes on 30th September 2008.
4. The winner is drawn at random on 3rd October 2008.
5. The winner will be notified by email by 17th October 2008, and the name of the winner will be made available on request to Visit Kent by post after that time. Details on how to claim the prize and full prize terms and conditions will be given in the letter of notification.
6. The prize must be taken by 30th September 2009. Unclaimed prizes will be void.
7. southeasternrailway.co.uk and visitkent.co.uk are UK websites and the prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
8. People under the age of 18 will not be eligible for the prize unless accompanied by an adult. For the purpose of this competition an adult is over 18 years of age.
9. Only one entry per person per prize draw can be accepted unless otherwise stated.
10. Only the winners will be contacted personally.
11. By accepting the prize, all winners consent to having their names published in the Southeastern email newsletter and on the Southeastern website southeasternrailway.co.uk.
12. The terms of the prize are not negotiable and cannot be exchanged for cash in whole or in part.
13. Offers may be withdrawn or subject to change without notice.
    
14. Employees of Visit Kent, Royal Albion Hotel, Horizon Seal Encounters, Tartar Frigate or Southeastern, their immediate families or any person directly or indirectly involved in the aforementioned organisations or with their partners are not eligible to participate.
15. Visit Kent and its partners cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or incomplete entries howsoever sent.
16. All prizes are subject to availability should any prize be unavailable, a prize of similar value or specification will be substituted.
17. The decision of Visit Kent is final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
