Terms and conditions

• This promotion is only available to people living in the county of Kent.
• You can only apply for two tickets per household. This is because we want as many Kent residents to benefit from the day as possible
• You must be over the age of 18 to book a voucher
• Each voucher has an individual identification number and cannot be copied. Duplicate voucher numbers will not be accepted
• Keep your voucher safe, as it cannot be re-issued or replaced if lost or stolen. 
• The venue will have your contact details to check against the voucher and may request additional identification
• Vouchers must be exchanged for tickets at the venue
• Tickets will only be issued for the same category as that requested and stated on the voucher. No changes will be made at point of entry to the venue unless stated otherwise.
• Unless stated otherwise, vouchers are valid for use on 29th March 2008 only and must be exchanged at the venue for tickets valid for one day only on 29th March 2008
• Vouchers for the Big Day Out are not valid for use in conjunction with any other offer
• The voucher is non transferable and there is no cash alternative
• The value of the vouchers is 0.0001p

• Venue specific terms and conditions of entry apply

As free tickets are limited please do not waste yours by not using them as this would be unfair to others who would have liked to visit the venue.
